How to Track Your Order
Tracking your order on SellAfrrik is simple and keeps you updated every step of the way.
Step 1: Log In
Access your account using your registered email or phone number and password.
Step 2: Go to “My Orders”
Click on your profile icon and select “My Orders” from the dropdown menu. This page lists all your recent purchases.
Step 3: Select the Order
Find the order you want to track and click on “View Details.”
Step 4: Check Tracking Information
- Order status: Pending, Shipped, or Delivered
- Delivery tracking code provided by the vendor or delivery partner
- Estimated delivery date and location updates
Step 5: Receive Notifications
You will receive SMS/email updates whenever your order status changes, so you don’t have to constantly check manually.
